Password modification in Settings (Code with the solution attached)

I did update the Global Settings page to
  - add more properties to be modified : added a second page of settings.
  - add the possibility to defined password through the settings interface
(on page 2)
  - modify behavior of lock/unlock button when password is empty: no
confirmation to lock and no keyboard to unlock.

I join in attachment the code I modified based on release r245 and the
boot.dol for those who want to have a look on these new behaviors.

I did continue my development today and I did add the parental control level 
into the
setting page. I did reverse engineering to understand the behavior of this 
feature. I
guess that my code is ok but a review is welcome. Again, here are the sources 
(based
on r247 and including previous modification) and boot.dol attached.

Hi all, 
I did continue my dev today and I start on a little bit more complicated part:
Parental control. I did add the possibility to define the level of a backup 
into the
game setting menu. So with this modification, it is no more needed to tweak the
titles.txt. The data are automatically appended into the settings.cfg file 
gathering
the configuration of the games.
The behavior of my code is almost OK but it remain a bug of refresh for the game
list. To see the modification you made, the application hes to be restarted.

I did correct some bug and cleanup the SD Card logo. Clicking on SDCard logo is
refreshing the game list and apply the parental control changes.
This version is based on r249 and retrofit all the previous change of this 
thread.

hi,
i tried the last version.
first hd: only one mature game. i changed accesslevel via settings
i could see the game after unlocking the loader

second hd:
 5 mature games
i changed the level of 4 games without problems.
the last game made a code dump
after reboot i changed the level of the 5th game with success.
but then all covers were gone
