ntsc game dont works on pal wii (only mario super sluggers) #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. startet new rev. from today
2. startet mario super slugger (ntsc) with standart config on 4.0E
3. blackscreen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
just blackscreen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev253

Please provide any additional information below.
with rev 249 it works yesterday
always used ios249 
call of duty ntsc works fine on my pal wii 4.0

did you use patch vid and vidtv patch or something like this?

did you try force ntsc?
