(request) first use assitant gui #210

you could prhaps do a first use assistant gui
perhaps you could know if its the first use if not "global setting.txt" 
found

with this gui, you could implement a browser for image directory (look 
source for sdexplorer (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/SD_Explorer)) like this, no 
need to create in setting.txt, same for parentral control code or level, 
and all others stuffs configurable by setting menu.

hope that will be possible
keep the hard work guys

it is possible but its a whole lot of shit work lol. i'll think about that
