What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clic on option menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a code dump

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r277  (r272 is ok)

Please provide any additional information below.
code dump with/without CD ; launching from forwarder/HBC

Code dump also during install game (tested 3 games)

clicking? What is Option Menu? The Global Settings? or the GameSettings?

It's when I clic on global settings button (i'm never in global settings, i've 
code 
dump directly by pressing button)
I've also code dump during installing game, but with different % each time.

thats probably your system. also try using the .elf file instead of .dol. 

If you want it to be loaded by a forwarder just rename boot.elf to boot.dol and 
palce
it whereever you place it. It works!

Sometimes .elf is a lot more stable than .dol. Its worth a try.
