Default games cIOS #217

I would like that if you select cIOS 222 in global setting all games that
do not have specific configuration saved use cIOS 222 by default.

Right now no matter what you have selected in global setting, all games use
by default cIOS 249.

My HDD do not work with cIOS 249 so I need to create and save settings for
all my games just for change cIOS used.

Would be a lot better if games just use my global cIOS setting by default.

In the new revs this isnt a default cIOS anymore but a choose in what cIOS to 
boot
the loader. Anyway i'll look into it later sometime.

Ok, but maybe you could add a new "Default game cIOS" in the settings.

Or even better, in loader setting you could add a "Default game settings" were 
you
could set the default values for every game settings. If a game do not have 
it's own
specific settings will use these defaults.

ok i just noticed that the Default game settings are the global settings and 
that the
cios thingy has a bug in it. In the next rev it will be fixed and when you Load 
the
Loader in 222 the cIOS222 will be standard for all GameSettings.

Any way if in a future release you could do the "Default game settings", I 
think a
lot of people will like it. I think it will be usefull for Ocarina Cheats, for 
example.
