No covers after an error #227

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just get an error. For example Error -128 or Error -2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I lose all downloaded covers and disc images and I see default images in stead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All version, last one tested r293

It is not solved yet. I can still reproduce the problem with rev309.

Please reopen this issue.

lukeid it is an issue only you are having. no one else. dont you think that you

Ok, I understand. Let's try one thing. Please follow this procedure and tell me
if
you reproduce the problem.

- Open USB Loader Gui
- Select a game
- Go to setting
- Press back
- Disconnect HDD USB cable
- Press the disc to run the game
- You should get an error (obviously ;)), press OK. (what error do you get?)
- Now pass the pointer over other games and check if you see downloaded covers
(and
disc ones) or not.

Thank you very much for your effort. I really appreciate it. :)

Yes that's the one I use. :(

I saw that link in one of your post in GBAtemp forum. I've downloaded it again
and
both hashes match.

I don't know why I have so many problems, because at the end I could play all my
games, so it's extrange...

Were you able to try the test?

More info:

The problem is that after an error the loader can not access to the SD card.

For example:
- I get an error (se procedure from previous post)
- I lose all my covers
- Then I go to a game setting
- Press save
- I get an error "No SD-Card inserted! Insert a SD-Card to save."
