Code dump @ install phase #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
load usbloader gui
unlock
put game in
press install game button- immediate code dump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
installation process... but instead get the screen in attached files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r300

Please provide any additional information below.
WD ~80 gig HD partitioned with primary FAT32 first ~28 gigs used for 
emulator and video stuff (which all works) another Primary WBFS drive 
~47gigs formatted using alexdp's wbfs manager 3.0.1. tried using both elf 
and dol versions from http://sites.google.com/site/usbloadergui/downloads
this is the first game i am trying to install on the HD. using 4.0e 
updated using updater, and cios v10 installed.

it seems to be a problem with people on 4.0 with gecko 1.9.0.1 installed

nope, dont have gecko 1.9.0.1 installed, nor did i ever install it.

Happens to me at the END of an installation via disc, but not at the beginning. 
Sorry
I don't have the code dump pic as I forgot my camera at my mother-in-laws 
today. Have
4.0 but have never installed any version of Gecko. Using cios r9.

I got that prob also when I had no games on the USB device. Then when I put a 
game on
the USB device the the installer worked.

Same for me,

I put my games on usb hd with wfbs manager 3.0
Everything works fine.
Deleting games went fine with usb loader gx.
But when installing wii sports , direct code dump!!!
