Settings Screen Tab Navigation Only Works On Page 2 #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Loader Settings Screen
2. Click On The Page 2 Tab
3. Press Right On The D-Pad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pressing right/left on the D-pad will navigate through the settings tabs. 
Currently, if you press right while on the second page it will take you to
the first page.  But when you're on the first page, right/left will NOT
take you to the second page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r304 (current)

it works fine for me. right=next page; left=preious page
