scrollbar different size with a bg_options_entry.png #245

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using a small bg_options_entry
2. The scroll bar gets out of box.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You need to have empty transparent space around your image.  Make the image the 
same
size as the original, but use blank space to fill the gaps.  This will fix your 
issue.

Maybe my explanation was wrong.. is the scrollbox the one who gets out of 
bounds...
The up/down arrows fit the bg_options_entry but the scrollbox gets out of 
screen, if you push the direction button on PAD down the scrollbox gets out 
like 3 
times or lines.

I attached a picture showing the problem..
