Hang up when install game #248

with CIOS36 V10 will sporadicly hang up when installing games...

by CIOS36 V09 - no Problems.

Should be fixed with the latest release but anyway it seems to be a problem 
with 
actuall cIOS too

With other USB-Loader i have no problems... I think not of an CIOS Problem.
Verified is the Problem with V9 and 10.
