Suggestion for when changing themes path #251

When you change the path for the themes in the setting menu and go back to
the main menu.The new buttons take affect but the background does not.

Why not when changing the path of the themes make a new button/menu appear
and ask the user if they would like to restart the usbloader gx for the
changes to take effect.

it should be done in the new rev. just try it out because we have noone to test 
it.

it is done now without asking.  if the path is changed, the data is loaded from 
the
new path automatically.
