Not compatible with latest cIOS222 version #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install cIOS222 revised version (2009/05/03) with dynamic module loading 
(mloader)
2. Try to load a game using these new version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game should load, but an error about USB is shown.

Please provide any additional information below.
The new version of cIOS222 is compatible with more USB drives, avoids errors 
when disconnecting a 
drive and reconnecting (or drive power saving mode), and tries to solve 
compatibility problems with 
USB peripherals by only using USB port 0, so it would be great if this loader 
supported it.
