scrollbox doesn´t fit to new bg_options screen size

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1-Change size on bg_options.png
2-Adding new screen size and position on theme.txt (gamelist_coords)

What is the expected output?
I would like to have a config line on theme.txt to adjust the height in 
which the scrollbox must move cause the scrollbox doesn´t fit to new size
(h)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
The scrollbox is the only item that doesn´t fit with the new background 
screen for gamelist.. The arrows and the scrollbar are Ok.. See attachment 
for reference.
