Suggestion: Custom "titles.txt" Location #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use r326

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've heard several people mention that it would be nice to have a custom
location for the "titles.txt".  This is something that could be set on the
Settings page.  Currently, this is not configurable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r326 (current)
