Suggestion: Custom "global_settings.cfg" Location #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use r326

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've heard several people mention that it would be nice to have a custom
location for the "global_settings.cfg". This is something that could be
set on the Settings page. Currently, this is not configurable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r326 (current)

Oops! This doesn't make much sense! I got a little "trigger happy". What I
meant
to say is this: It would be nice if the Loader would write the
"global_settings.cfg"
file, in the same directory the "boot.dol" file is being loaded from. Then, in
the
Settings Screen, there could be a setting called "Custom CFG", which would then
copy
the "global_settings.cfg" file to a defined location. This way, people that are
using a boot loader, such as Preloader, could still use the path they need!

I hope this isn't too confusing! Please ask me, if you have any questions!

=)
