D-Pad Right/Left Navigation Skips Settings Tab #2 #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use r326
2. Open Settings Screen
3. Use D-pad's right/left button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While on the Settings Screen, right and left, on the D-pad, should navigate
to each tab.  Currently, using the right/left button will skip tab #2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r326 (current)

this is not a defect.  there aren't more than 18 options currently.  the tabs 
are
just set up for when there are more options.
