Suggestion : Language file #269

Now that Usb Loader GX is almost finished, it might be nice to have :
* a language file (ex : SD:/config/lng.cfg), to make a simply translation.
* an update function  (already said, but useful ;-) )

update function is going to be added but only for Versions and not revision. The
language thing is already implemented.
