Game Doesn't Show in List After Being Installed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a game to the Hard Drive.
2. Click the "Ok" button.
3. Game will not be shown in the list until loader wii is restarted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List should refresh and show the newly installed game.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Confirmed, got the same result on rev156, will try on rev157 and report back

I can confirm that this has been fixed. After installing a game the list 
refreshed
and the newly installed game shows fine now.
