Settings can be changed while viewing the credits

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to setting menu
2. click on the credits
3. click in the middle of the screen to exit(with A not B)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you clicked where an option is the option would change while in the credits

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I used rev 164 on a 4.0U

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug may cause acidental changes to the settings when trying to exit
the credits page
