Exception (DSI) occured #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going into the settings and pressing back to go out, it's pretty random
so I can't really recreate it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the screen that is attached below instead of the main screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using a PAL Wii with waninkoko's 4.0 update, the loader version is rev164

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached a screenshot of the issue, hope it helps

I get this too on r164. Very random, happens often when exiting out of the 
settings
screen and back to the main screen. Though it also happened a few times while
browsing games on the main screen.

Getting this one too with r177. Always when click on settings or run a game.

i have the same problem - newest CIOS 222 and cios 36v10 installed.
Hdd was not in sleep - no other devices on USB...
