toolbox display bug

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. for exemple: go on the power button
2. wait for the toolbox appear
3. point rapidely on the wii button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the toolbox of power button must stop to display and after 2 sec see the 
toolbox of wii button but the power toolbox stay displaying and the wii 
toolbox never appear or appear directly on the power toolbox

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

+ cover toolbox doesn't displayed on the first plan
it's displayed under region text and disc list
instead to be on the first plan
