Issues with Rev186

My config looks like this

cover_path=SD:/images/
disc_path=SD:/images/disc/
wtheme_path=SD:/apps/Gui/themes/
godmode=1

I can put w in front of the cover_path and disc_path and all covers/discs
still show up.

Using it that way my theme shows up,but if i take the w off the front it
defaults to the regular default background.

Also for some reason if im using the default background my theme.txt doesnt
take affect at all.Names and IDs are shown even though i have turned
off.Also show_tooltip is turned off in config and still shows when default
theme is used.

Also when using my custom theme.I turn show_tooltip off in my theme.txt and
all the tool tips are off except for the tooltip for the button that says
Wii.That tooltip says on regardless and the tooltip for it is just an empty
white bubble with no text in it all.

First, there is no wcover_path and wdisc_path. There is no need to have this 
option 
because widescreen mode and non-widescreen mode use the same set of images

Second, for your second problem. If you remove the wtheme_path, you need to put 
your 
theme.txt inside SD:/wtheme/
