Custom location for "titles.txt" in "config.txt"

Please add a variable called "titles_file", in the "config.txt", which will
allow the user to define a custom location of the "titles.txt" file.

for

This will give better flexibility and less redundancy, if other applications are
already using "titles.txt".

Sorry!  I didn't see where you could switch between "Defect" and "Enhancement".
