• Out of the box no connectivity to internal analog encoder
• FSR worked with end user
• FSR restored to CrossFire factory defaults
• Verified that channel 1-8 camera setups in CrossFire were correct and adhered to the camera setup guides
• Browser does not pull a webpage for 192.168.1.11
• Cannot ping 192.168.1.11
• Ethernet2 IP set to 192.168.1.2
• Rebooted, still no connectivity
• Red light can be seen through the top right corner of lower base
• Customer located in South Carolina currently
• FSR sent a replacement P9 for them to use
• Sheperd was not used to find the Vivotek board
• Unit will get back to FSR/G&P in about 30 days.
