SN9412 US Treasury P9XFe-V2_Alarm Computer Not Connected over Internal IP #2

Kyle of Gans & Pugh on-site for system review and training. New System Startup. Panther AXF alarm software. Alarm application is running, a triggered sensor displays the following Error window on screen: "Error: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network 192.168.1.2.1234 Originally called by: frmKeypad/frmKeypad_Load Procedure: Void Connection(System,String,INT32) Line:0 OK Button" Alarm computer Ethernet Socket as displayed in the Network Connections window: "Ethernet Network Cable Unplugged LAN9512/LAN9514 USB to Ethernet"

System IP addresses are correct. Alarm application IP settings are correct.

Repaired and returned to client. IP testing and sensor trigger testing were not performed before opening the unit and changing the OFT to internal switch USB cable. Likely culprit a dislodged or not fully inserted RJ45 plug into the OFT USB socket.
