输入自造词的时候会让googlepinyin崩溃 #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 第一次输入一个词库中不存在的词组
2. 第二次输入的时候，这个词出现在列表中
3. 
当输入相应的序号只把数字输出，没输出词组，且导致scim崩�
��

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu

希望能提供选项把自造词关闭

我也有同样的问题，而且这是非常严重的问题，每次一不小��
�打了自造词就得把scim进程杀死。希望作者能够重视。

因为这个bug我把用了很久的scim换成ibus了，scim现在的开发社��
�活跃程度真的比ibus差很多

btw, 这个 bug 在早先的 libgooglepinyin 里也出现过，
不过 fcitx-googlepinyin 和 ibus-googlepinyin 里绕过了，

如果 scim-googlepinyin 还维护的话，考虑从 libgooglepinyin 
同步下？
