HOSTGAL_RA, HOSTGAL_RA, and HOSTGAL_SNSEP are -999 in FITS #1064

I was testing HOSTLIB_MNINTFLUX_SNPOS for KNe and finding many host galaxy coordinates were getting set to -999, but only in FITS format. I removed HOSTLIB_MNINTFLUX_SNPOS as a parameter and the error persists. The coordinates look fine in the HOSTLIB.

Command: ./ALEX_TESTING.sh

5% of events were showing no host coordinates because the events were not associated with any galaxy. The empty fields were suppressed in TEXT format, which is why the -999 values only appear in FITS. Closing now.
