checkval_D error in stage 1_SIM #639

Hi Rick,

Here is the way to regenerate the error message I was getting regarding the cadence for my Foundation sims:

cd /scratch/midway2/rkessler/PIPPIN_OUTPUT/WFIRST_DEEP_ONLY/1_SIM/FOUND_SIMDATA_G10/LOGS

source FAIL_REPEAT_PIP_WFIRST_DEEP_ONLY_FOUND_SIMDATA_G10_NONIaMODEL0-0007_50614.CMD

should yield something that looks like

FATAL ERROR ABORT called by checkval_D ZPT(readNextCadence)(item 0) = 0.000000 fails bounds-check Expected 5.000000 < ZPT(readNextCadence) < 50.000000
