Add Support for MathJax 3.0 #1080

Update to the latest version of MathJax for improved accessibility and simpler optional syntax support.

Based on question from Message Board:

As a high school student taking AP math classes, I find this tools very helpful when taking ntoes and completing assignment through Markdown Monster with MathJax and LaTex. It seems that the Markdown Monster uses MathJax v2 which does not support braille output. Is it possible to change the version of the MathJax in Markdown Monster?
