Please, add some licence.

I dont know what can i do with your helpers (and i reaaaaly want to dig in your MarkdawnTagHelper 😍 )

Oh, I wanted to create this "issue" to Westwind.Web.MarkdownControl - sorry, but even Westwind.Web.MarkdownControl is not licensed.
