Handling resources not loading #234

@RickStrahl We are in an urgent need of your help and assistance.

We are currently using Westwind through SQL server for our production system and leveraged DbRes static class for the translations.

It was working fine for last few years until last few months when users are complaining they see keys on the page and it's loading partially which is strange. We don't know why it would load some keys only.

Can you please help? if we can get on a quick call will be greatly appreciated.

Did you try to reproduce the issue on your own? If you have not updated the lib recently, it may be connected to your database.

We did not make any updates to the library. It does connect to SQL DB and load all the values in the cache. And after a while for users they experience some keys missing on the screen.

Is there logging we can turn on? Also, we are wondering if we need to switch to RESX mode for production.
