Mention that the package is in the main repos since Bullseye #106

Hi,

I think it'd be worthwhile to mention that your program can be installed from the main repos if one uses Bullseye (which is what most users will be soon enough). For this reason I've added a tiny edit in the README.

It looks like that when I updated the utilities to also work with Nvidia and changed the name to rickslab-gpu-utils, the repository on salsa is no longer updating. I just installed and it was version 2.6.0, where the current version is 3.5.5. I tried to get involved in the update on Salsa, but the package make process is very different from what I have experience with. Need help to get Salsa updated to the new name and resync'ed with GitHub. I will change my personal hosted deb packages to development once the debian accessible package is updated.
