Stuff that is completely horrible and should be fixed:

[x] @mentions return <@id>
[ ] Multi-line comments look bad => Make them single-line
[ ] Embeds return nothing => Display URL
[ ] Codetags also return id gibberish, I have currently no idea how to display this properly.
