build/unix/ needs better build/install instructions #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. cd build/unix; make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Binaries! Get nothing instead :) I guess a README in build/unix along the
lines of

   "To build opencinematools run 'make mkcpl mkpkl mkmap'
    and copy the resulting binaries from ../../bin/ to ~/bin 
    or to wherever you want them to reside"

would help gnu-make-agnostic types like me quite a bit. Or: why not a
default all and install target?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

opencinematools-1.1.2-src.zip, ubuntu 9.04
