I understand your situation. You have a toolbox here that is valuable to a lot
of
people. Why not set up a "Donate" button?

Or to change GPL license with the follow: Used for any comercial purposes
(included
generating DCP for paid use) should be made with authors permission and license
fee
for use in other software or for making paid DCP packages.

Open Cinema Tools will always remain free for anyone and to create any kind of
DCP even
commercial ones.

I'm very much interested in the project and I'm planning to develop open source
hardware and software for digital cinema server. I'll be setting up a site and
would
like to join you with the software development.

Strangh things. I'm recently capitalist, but I can't understand - you have no
time
(AND MONEY) to develop further thisproject, but qwillallow other peoples without
contribution to that project to get moeny from it. If you chenge the licese and
project remain free only for non-commercial use you will:filter peoples that
trying
to find "free" things that they use to get money, instead of buying expensive
software, but you will not benefir from that in order to continue development
of
this project. Please update my knowledges of newlly born capitalist.

As I already said the license will remain the same and Open Cinema Tools will
remain
free for any use. I'm just trying to find some time and/or money to work on it
since
I'm non more in a company that works in this field.

Hi Marc,
I've been following this project with great interest. You really do have a
tool
that is potentially fantastic for the prodcution and post-production community,
particularly lwer budgeted film-makers. Of course, creating a DCP is still a
costly
excersise and quite prohibitive financialy for many people.
What kind of money would it take to continue your development of this valuable
project? please email personally to antony@tornadofilms.co.uk

I would also like to say how admirable this project is. I would consider this
project
to be an essential part in the democratization of cinema. Soon, independent film
makers will no longer be the slaves of the labs.
That said ... has anyone managed to deploy opencinematools on a mac. The README
instructions do not work for me:
