missing libtiff3.dll Win32 v1.1.2 #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ran DCPMaker.exe
2. selected TIF sequence as source
3. error "libtiff3.dll not installed"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
