Patch to fix the above issue and remove extremely "AMATEUR" code copypaste.
I don't do Lunix, so please feel free to #ifdef win32api for finding files with
lunix equivalents, if any.

Also fixes 3D mxf support properly (as GetEssence does not report 3D essence).
I hope the guy in comment #1 is not a developer associated with this project,
and if he is, well, lol at that.

There are so many issues in mkpkl code (even with this patch), I don't know
where to start complaining.

So summarize:

1) support wildcards on command line
2) support 3d essence properly (as documented in official asdcp, open as
MXFReader, on failure try as MXFSReader.
3) cleanup file hashing into separate function and add some progress report
(hashing 30gb .mxf file without progress is not fun)

And rado.markov, bro, please keep your rage away from developing.

You are not less amateur then it. GetEssence work on SMPTE and do not work
correct on Interop-atom .Only way to understand that Interop Atom is 3D is to
check edit rate against framerate, but it cannot be considered native way. I
keep rage away because I develop for my self without to share with idiots that
want all for free, and also to make money with somebody else's efforts without
to pay for it. If you have so much free time and you don't need money make for
me for free DCP player with subtitles and I'll use and get money..
