Hey Marc,

I read your comments in issue 28 about not having time to develop. As it stands 
the linux build system lags behind the OS X one. 

In my opinion, a completely cross platform solution is the best one. 

I have converted the build system to CMake but at this point have only tested 
it with Ubuntu 10.04. 

The code is available from 
https://code.launchpad.net/~rexbron/opencinematools/add-cmake
