Trying to crerate Asset Map From Current mxf, xml files.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tried to run mkmap.  
2. Get the following error:C:\>cd\CineAlta

C:\CineAlta>mkmap --issuer Sony CineAlta4K_cinesco.mxf CineAlta4K_audio.mxf 
CineAlta4K_cinesco_CPL.xml CineAlta4K_PL.xml

Unable to decode wide character 0x0053
Error initializing packet
NULL pointer in file ..\..\dep\asdcplib\KM_fileio.cpp, line 703
CineAlta4K_cinesco.mxf: Invalid CompositionPlaylist or PackingList file.

3.What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected for it to creat an Asset Map file.  I noticed that the PKL file here 
is a PL file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
