NEW SOURCE PACKAGE REQUEST!!! #45

Hi!

Im looking for a new source package with updated ASDCP, expat etc etc. and new 
make file because I cannot build this package because lots of items is 
out-of-date. The make file is created for c++8 and this is outdated too.

Please update and tested a NEW source package.
