Make Payments page UI consistent with Swap page #807

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Payments page UI has been enhanced to make it consistent with the Swap page.
Refactor code structure to be more similar to Swap page.
Made the width limit to optimise UI uniform across the app: earlier it was 786px in some places and 768px in others. Now it's 768px across.
