save_path.encode('utf-8') 导致Transmission下载失败 #111

CentOS 7 BGmi 2.0.4 save_path.encode('utf-8')导致Transmission报错 transmissionrpc.error.TransmissionError: Query failed with result "download directory path is not absolute".

将encode('utf-8')删去之后恢复正常
