[UX] - Circular Rebalance Introduction Dialog [WIP] #46

Circular Rebalance:

@saubyk Can you adapt the copy you provided in https://github.com/Ride-The-Lightning/RTL-Design/issues/36 to be more of an explanation of the circular rebalance concept? Maybe a bit more generic. I gave my best shot, but don't think its there yet.

Introduction Dialog:

@ShahanaFarooqui I also noticed I never included a "Back" button in case the user wants to go back to re-read any of the steps in the Loop dialog. It would be good to include it :) This example flow has them.

This is still work in progress, so it only contains the exports of the flow, after you guys give feedback I will do an export for the SVG's too, before submiting the final PR.

@saubyk Yeah, I think its important to explain what really happens on the circular rebalancing but also let them know that RTL handles the complexity. Can you provide me with some copy I can use on the explanation flow? Feel free to change everything you see in the mockups. The key is not to give them a step-by-step guide, but to explain the process and whats circular rebalance entails. The actual rebalance flow will give them the step-by-step instructions.
