Services -> Boltz and Node Config failed #1445

Describe the bug The call of Services -> Boltz and the saving of the Node Config fail.

To Reproduce "Boltz Error" Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Services'
  2. Click on 'Boltz'
  3. See error "ERROR Error Code 500 Error Message Empty Macaroon Data API URL ./api/boltz/listSwaps"

To Reproduce "Node Config Error" Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Node Config -> Balance Display'
  2. Change the "Fiat Currancy" from $ to Euro
  3. Click on 'Update'
  4. See error "Update Node Settings Failed! Error Code 400 Error Message Http Failure Response For Http://192.168.178.5:3001/rtl/api/conf/node: 400 Bad Request API URL ./api/conf/node"
