Design Maven Archetype for generic API

Considerations:

• API will be created in Design Center
• The developer will create project using the Maven Archetype or will download the template from Exchange
• The developer will download the RAML Spec to generate the scaffolding code

The archetype should have at minimum

• HTTP Listener (${https.port} ready for Cloudhub)
• JSON Logger
• Listener path should be defined as described in Architecture documents
• Consistent error handling
• Reference to Parent pom
• Configuration file should be defined as described in Architecture documents
• Component for autodiscovery
• If needed, component to send metrics to Anypoint Platform

Definition of done:

• Document in docs repo including considerations described above
