Add new response to "What do you use your PC for" question #26

User u/MrOctantis suggests putting a "Development/Engineering" response to the question "What do you use your computer for?"

I'm thinking about just completely re-doing this step. Example:

What is your usual computer usage:

Light (e.g. web browsing) | Medium (e.g. programming) | Heavy (e.g. gaming)

Maybe even have hovertext saying "other examples include ..."
