Download code from github #16

So, I know i can be kinda dumb about simple things like this, but so far I have been copying the code from the online repository and pasting it into my local files, all manually. If there is an easier way to download the files i want directly off the site could someone please tell me? Or maybe there is some way to do it using the github gui thing thats on my computer already?

In attempting to download changes from github i seem to have undone all the changes Val made yesterday, its not the end of the world, but I would really like to know how you are actually supposed to do this, also val you should re-push all those changes you made, except the profles.php, i pushed another fix that seems to have survived whatever it was i did
