does anyone know of a way to store hyperlinks in a normal text string in the database? im gonna try an idea i have but i am not very hopeful of it working

Just try using the html tag for link. It should work fine

Also we should add a link to the cabstr facebook and twitter pages on the contest page seeing as that is something they are really trying to promote with out contest.
