Quarkus is not detected as a meaningful technology #380

Seems like no quarkus artifact appears in https://github.com/Riduidel/aadarchi-technology-detector/blob/reports/mvnrepository/artifacts.json as a consequence quarkus is not recognized as signifiant.

As a consequence, the process should be changed : we will track the artifacts that we can map to stackoverflow tags.

Hopefully, nothing should be done here, but everything will happen in aadarchi-technology-detector (see https://github.com/Riduidel/aadarchi-technology-detector/issues/6)
