Can't read readme #418

In some circumstances (yet to be investigated), a README.md file may not be read.

It seems like IOUtils.toString(cache.openStreamFor(readme), "UTF-8") returns an empty content for an existing markdown file. But why? Could it be a weird question of file encoding?

After some first-level investigation, it appears it is a return of an old bug.
